Low Operating Cost
The C. E. Rogers Horizontal Spray Dryer Systems are known for low energy usage per pound of powder produced, resulting in a low drying chamber temperature as well as substantial savings in energy. Electrical load is low for any given capacity and these systems are designed to operate for extended periods without costly shut-downs.

Full Powder Recovery
The Horizontal Spray Dryer is equipped with the time-tested Rogers sanitary cloth Pulse-Jet bag collection system and assures virtually 100% return of powder in the exhaust air stream. In the Rogers system, powder is continually returned to the drying chamber insuring uniform composition throughout the entire run. No profit escapes through the exhaust stack - a savings that can mean thousands of dollars annually. The Horizontal Spray Dryer System incorporates the Rogersweep, an internal chain link and sweep bar drag system manufactured with heavy-duty stainless steel construction. This sweep system eliminates the maintenance laden cable drag systems of the past and allows for a more thorough chamber floor powder removal operation.

Unequaled Sanitation
These drying systems are easy to clean and maintain in sanitary condition with an all welded stainless steel construction - the ultimate in sanitary design.
