Reconditioned
/ Used Evaporators and Dryers
Most of C. E. Rogers evaporators and dryers have been installed for use in
the dairy industry for processing milk or whey. The trend in this industry,
at the processing plant level, is to enlarge the daily intake of raw milk
therefore increasing production. This trend has forced processors to increase
their processing capacity. This can be done by adding evaporation or drying
capacity by means of a MVR Pre-Concentrator before the evaporator, or a TVR
Finisher after the evaporator, or replacing existing equipment with new, more
efficient Evaporation or Drying equipment sized to meet their increased processing
needs. When an evaporator or dryer is replaced, the used system becomes available.
What one processor no longer needs, another can use!
C. E. Rogers has moved evaporators for customers from one plant to another,
doing any needed reconditioning and or up-grading before re-installation.
C. E. Rogers has taken a used evaporator that a customer had purchased and
converted it to two separate evaporators and re-installed them.
C. E. Rogers has removed evaporators from dairy plants and re-installed them
in alcohol plants.
C. E. Rogers has removed an evaporator from a dairy plant and converted it
and re-installed it for a wastewater application.
C. E. Rogers Company's reconditioned evaporators have been installed in Central
and South America.
C. E. Rogers' engineers have traveled to Central and South America to service and offer support for our reconditioned equipment wherever it has been re-installed.
